Occupational Development Company was established to connect the highest quality healthcare and occupational medicine providers to our client companies, their employees and family members.
  • We facilitate both telemedicine (virtual) and in-person care through our network to provide service for our client companies and their employees.

  • ODC will offer the widest coverage across the state. These providers will be located closer to employer locations saving companies time and money in lost production and time away from the job for medical care.
  • 20 - 25% of Ohio employees do not have a Primary Care Physician (PCP). Part of ODC’s mission is to educate employers and their employees on the advantages of having a PCP for them and their families.
